Gorilla tracking at 8:00 a.m. in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

While this is a very challenging walk, it is surely one of the highlights of a trip to Uganda and possibly one of the all-time nature highlights of our travellers’ lives. Gorilla permits are strictly limited in order to protect these endangered species. Each group is limited to eight participants in a day.

We recommend you wear good walking boots/shoes and carry good rain gear and enough drinking water. Trekking can be tough and challenging so we trust you are in a reasonably fit condition. You will carry a picnic lunch with you into the forest and you will be thrilled to have seen these rare primates (no guarantee). The return journey could be easier!
